Should I label the points on best line that I chose when I did slope calculation

When I did my slope calculation I had to pick 2 points on best line. Should I label them ?

I absolutely would label the points you used to calculate the slope. With any STEM class, it is best to show your work. That enables your professor/teacher to follow your train of thought, and even though you may have gotten the wrong answer, often times a professor/teacher will give partial credit if your thought process was on the right track.
