Hi there I needhelp regarding thesis statements

Read the following thesis statement and determine whether or not it is effective and the reason for its effectiveness or lack thereof.

The raft scene in The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn is a really important scene in the book. In this scene, Huck and Jim have an important conversation about slavery, race, and Huck's childhood experience without a father.

Effective, because it includes the names of both the main characters and describes what happens during this event.

Effective, because it includes the statement that it is "important," which could be argued. Effective, because it specifically mentions what Huck and Jim discuss during the important scene.

Not effective, because it fails to include any description of the significance of the scene and it is mostly summary.

Not effective, because it does not provide more information about the characters in the raft scene.
