A PEJ (or percutaneous endoscopic jejunum) feeding tube is most likely the best answer to bypass both the gastric ulcers and the esophageal issues. This is in contrast to a PEG (gastric) tube that would connect directly into the stomach. For reference, a PEJ tube is inserted a couple inches above your navel. However, the downside to this solution is that it is typically a long-term measure for patients with severe gastric problems. Hope this information helps.
