The two sounds have a difference of 80 dB = 8 B
(recall 1 B = 10 dB)
In general, if a sound is 1 B greater than another then its energy is 10 times greater,
in other words, 10 times louder.
Therefore a difference of 8 B means 10^8 = 100,000,000 times louder.
