What are the 𝑥x and 𝑦y distances from where the projectile was launched to where it impacts the target?

A projectile is launched at ground level with an initial speed of 𝑣𝑜=65m/svo=65m/s at an angle of 𝜃=45∘θ=45∘ above the horizontal. It impacts a target above the ground 3s3s later. What are the 𝑥x and 𝑦y distances from where the projectile was launched to where it impacts the target? Treat the effect of air resistance to be negligble. Include units as appropriate below.

In the horizontal direction, it's constant velocity. In the vertical direction, the motion is constant acceleration 9.8 downward (or -9.8). The initial velocity is angled. We need to find it's components. Vox = Vo cos u = 65 * cos45, Voy = Vo sin u = 65 * sin45, X= Vox t ; Y = Voy t + 1/2 a t^2
