In a road with speed limit of 30 miles per hour, how much time (in minutes) will you gain by driving at an average speed of 5 miles per hour over the speed limit if it would take 30 minutes to reach your destination driving at the posted speed limit?

d = 30 miles/hour * 1/2 hr = 15 miles

t(@35) = 15/35 = 3/7 hour

difference in time is 1/2 - 3/7 = 1/14 hr (you can convert to minutes)
