What is the frequency of motion?

A small block is attached to an ideal spring and is moving in SHM on a horizontal, frictionless surface. When the block is at xxx = 0.350 mm, the acceleration of the block is -5.84 m/s2m/s2.

So yes, apologies I didn't catch on when it said that it was the frequency of motion and not angular frequency of motion. In that case, the relationship between angular frequency and frequency is (omega) = 2*pi*f, and so the answer before is the same, but divided by 2*pi.
