The force of friction has to be enough to supply the centrifugal force:

mgμ = mv²/r

solving for v_max which is dependent on the static friction v = sqrt(rgμ) (Good news in that max velocities posted on turns apply to all vehicles regardless of mass - at least with respect to this idealized view)

Just plug in the two different coefficients of friction.
