Angles start at the positive x-axis and rotate counterclockwise (up-left). If you go 90° you would be on the positive y-axis.
You start at a radius of 4.9 so the initial starting point is (4.9, 0). If you rotate 90°, what is your location? (Hint: You are still at a radius of 4.9 but now instead of to the right you are up.)
