Hello, the video I have made is a little on the long side but I wanted to explain the why of this question and the how of finding solutions more generally.
Rather than memorizing any formulas, it helps to understand what sin and cos really are. This will help you understand how to find a solution rather than requiring you to memorize the unit circle.
Simple memorization often fails us when confronted with a stressful environment like a test or when needing to be used in a new context.

I need to make a correction to the video and I will delete and upload a new one later. I stated that sin is the distance to the y axis and therefore the x coordinate. This is incorrect: sin is the distance to the x-axis and therefore the y coordinate. I essentially solved the problem as if it was asking cos(x+7pi/2) instead. The solution process is basically the same but the location of the two points on the unit circles are at different angles: 4pi/3 and 5pi/3. Sorry for any confusion and will upload a new video with the correction.05/22/22
