We can use the equation of kinematics.
θ = θ0 + ω0t + 1/2αt2 which is the equivalent of the linear equation with X = X0 + Vot + 1/2t^2
2 rotations make 6Π radians
6 x pi = 0 + 0 + 0.5 x 0.135 x t2
t = √ (6 x 3.14/0.135x0.5)
t =~ 16.7s
I hope this helps
