I guess it depends on what your interest is in the comparison. Are you comparing nutrition content or calories for example?
In terms of calorie count a cup of guava flesh contains 112 calories, and a medium sized apple has 95 calories.
The cup of guava has 15% of the daily requirement of potassium, 9 grams of fiber and is low fat, whereas the apple has 4 grams of fiber and 4% of the daily requirement of potassium and no fat.
Both fruit are nutritionally beneficial.
