vertex = (1,2), parabola has line of symmetry x=1
it's a downward opening parabola, given a negative y coordinate of another point (17, -583)
y=a(x-1)^2 + 2
plug in the other point to solve for a which must be <0
-583 = a(17-1)^2 +2
-583 = 256a +2
256a = -585
a = -585/256
y = (-585/256)(x-1)^2 + 2 is the parabola, in vertex form

-58 3, is that -58 sqrt(3) or -58.3 or something else entirely? I believe there was a copy-paste error and it cannot be deciphered what it is04/01/22
