Charges themselves are the propagators of E-fields, and some very weird phenomenon occurs when charges move, due to relativistic effects, its creates a magnetic field. For a very odd reason, the photon, which is a boson, a interacting particle , creates a magnetic and electric fields, and since its a boson particle, these are bosonic fields.
