When asking a question about a piece of art, whether it be literature, a painting, or some other thing, you need to either provide the piece or a reference to it. I attempted to find this poem but came up with more than a thousand hits, none of which seemed to have this title. Some poems, or authors, are so famous that one may not need to provide this information, but even then you will need to usually provide stanza and/or line numbers in order for us to help you. There are millions of poets and each of them writes thousands of poems. Sometimes, titles are similar or exactly the same. I hope you can see why your question is hard to answer.
My advice is to find and work with a tutor who can not only help you get your answer but can also help you to ask the right questions! In this case, almost any ELA, Writing, or other similar tutor should be able to help you.
