Need to include restrictions on the domain

my teacher told me to include the restrictions,

this is what i got

y = 1 + x2 / 1 - x2

DOMAIN: (-∞, -1) u (-1,1) u (1, ∞),{x|x ≠ 1, -1}

intervals | 4x | (1-x2)2 | 4x/(1-x2)2 | inc. or dec.

x < 0 - + - decreasing

x > 0 + + + increasing

how should i add the restrictions into my table?

It looks like you already have included restrictions (x not equal to -1 or 1). Not sure what your question is.
