Can you split up payments by skill and proficiency? The short answer is yes. You would need a fixed rate per hour with additional rates for skilled proficiency. Set up a function with conditional formatting. This is an advanced level function, but very straightforward.

asked 02/10/22Splitting payment
3 people fulfilled a contract for $1000
They want to split it up person A%40/ Person B%35/ person C%25 between them as they all are at different skill/proficiency levels.
They also worked different number of hours person A 10hours/ Person B 12hours / Person C 16hours.
Is there a formula for this so that %skill/proficiency, number of hours worked, and total contract $ can be entered and output amount paid to each person.
