A circle in algebra is (x - a)2 + (y - k)2 = r2 with (a,b) the center and r the radius. You should be able to sketch this circle and then shade all points inside of it (less than the radius says the inequality). You should be able to sketch the line x = 1 and shade to the right (greater than) then see where there is an "overlap"
