A picture would help so may I assume that side r is opposite angle R?
If so then the following should be applicable:
Given the measure of angle R = 120 degrees
Side r = (4/3)q
Try Using the Law of Sines and the given substitution.
The q should cancel out
r/sinR = q/sinQ
(4/3)q/sin(120) = q/sinQ
Solving for sinQ
sinQ = qsin(120)/q(4/3)
sinQ = 0.6495
Can you look up sin-1 on your calculator to see what angle has a sine of 0.6495 that will be angle Q.
Then subtraction can be used to find angle P.
