If you are familiar with the formula:
Vf2 = Vi2 + 2aΔx
you should be able to solve this by rearranging. We have a (constant acceleration), Δx (4m: halfway down ramp), and Vi (0 m/s: from rest). To find Vf: take the square root of both sides after plugging everything in.
