angles of elevation and depression flagpole problem. please help!

A flagpole is located 30 feet from the school. From the top of the school, the angle of elevation to the top of the flagpole is 25 degrees and the angle of depression to the base of the flagpole is 40 degrees. How tall is the flagpole?

I think that the answer is 39.2 given that the building is ~25.2' tall and the flagpole is 14' taller than the school.
