a. the coefficient is 9 combination 8=9, and x exponent --15,,,,,9x-15
b.it is the 2nd term since x8/x2=x6, coefficient is 9 combination 1=9
c. the progression of exponent for x is 9,6,3,0,... down to -18. It does not include 2
correction:
a. the coefficient for second to last term (I said 9) must be multiplied by 28 so coefficient
is 9*256
b. the coefficient for second term (I said was 9) must be multiplied by 2
