The Power required by the weight being lifted is mgh/t = W/t = Power of the motor if it's 100% efficient
Plug into P = mgh/t mg is the weight in newtons (you have to convert from KN), h in meters, t in seconds.
I believe the answer given is incorrect (I get an exponent of 103) I think someone forgot that they gave the weight in the problem, not the mass)
