ETHEL L.

hi ur exam is prolly over but heres my ans, hope it helps 1. 3/4 can be written as 9:12 2. let the ratio of computers to pupils be 2u:15u where u is units (same as qn but i jus added the "units" for easier visualization) u will realize that 2 units will represent 50 computers. by simple proportion, find the value of 15 units : (50/2) x 15 = 225 pupils 3. let me rewrite the ratio in the form of 1:2:3:6 (total) - i simply added a last column to represent the total number of cookies by adding up the number of units in each bag (1 + 2 + 3 = 6). now u can realize that the total number of cookies is 30 and this is represented by 6 units (as we calculated from above) -> by simple proportion again, 6 units = 30 3 units = 15 (final ans) pls do more practices as ratio gets easier with more practices.
