We are told that tanθ=1, and that 𝜃 is in Quadrant II. From this we know...
- The person doesn't know what they are talking about because that can't happen.

its not possible for tan(theta) = 1 in Quadrant II. In Quadrant II, x < 0 and y > 0 therefore the tangent which is opposite over adjacent (y/x) will always be negative in this quadrant.
