Here is the link of my solution. Fingers crossed, it may have some calculation mistakes, I hope not. Basically, obtaining the necessary constants like G, Mearth and Rearth, I have specified to gravitational accelerations on the closest point of IO to the Jupiter. One is gJupiter and the other is gIO. I have found their values and finalized with the net gravitational acceleration.
