There is no resistance between A and B, so they will be at the same
voltage level, so we can assume that they have been merged.
Then R2 and R3 are in parallel, and can be replaced by a single resistance R23
satisfying
1/R23 = 1/R2 + 1/R3
Then R23 and R4 are in series, so they can be replace by
R234 = R23 + R4
R234 and R1 are in parallel, so they can be replaced by R1234 satisfying
1/R1234 = 1/R1 + 1/R234
Then you can substitute given values to calculate the desired R1234.
