Simplify a quotient of imaginary numbers

I'm sure this is a very basic problem. but for the life of me I can't figure it out.

Evaluate the expression

√−6/√−8√−9 and write the result in the form a+bi.

That is the one and only link my teacher gave on the topic, and there's no other help outside of that. I've followed the video but I always come out with a wrong answer. Hopefully someone can help me because I'm at my wits end.

By the way in the step where there was a radical 6 in the numerator and a radical 2 in the denominator, a quicker/smoother way to get to the final answer is to realize that sqrt(6)/sqrt(2) = sqrt(3) -- i.e. did not really have to rationalize.
