asked 10/11/21A ball is launched vertically from the ground. It takes the ball 0.2 seconds to pass a window of vertical size of 2 m on its way up. what is the maximum height it reaches?
What is the launching speed of the ball at the ground?
How long does it take for the ball to complete a round trip?
g= 10 m/s2
Thank you in advance for the explanations!

Dr Gulshan S. answered 10/12/21
Physics Teaching is my EXPERTISE with assured improvement
As it is moving against gravity
S = Vi*t-1/2 gt2
S= 2 m t= 0.2 Sec , g= 9.8
gives Vi = 10.98 m/s
For Max height
H = Vi2/ 2g
H = 10.98*10.98/ 2*9.8
Get H in m
