Use Newton's Law of Universal Gravitation:
which you can solve for "d" be multiplying both sides by d2, dividing both sides by "F", and then taking the square root so:
G is the Gravitation Constant and the value is 6.674 x 10-11 Nm2/kg2, m1 and m2 are the masses of the two objects in question, F is the force of gravity between the objects, and "d" is the distance.
