If you remember how FOIL works, then reverse the process.  F(first) O (outside) I (inside) and L (Last).  Clue should be that 29 is prime, so 29w + 29 should give a good idea what each is). Remember the W is multiplier to itself, so square is W times W and cubed is W squared times W.
