asked 07/07/21"Q1= +6.60 x 10-6 C, Q2= +3.10 x 10-6 C, and Q3= +5.30 x 10-6 C. What is the magnitude and direction of the net force on charge q2? Q1-Q2=0.350 and q2-q3=0.155?"

First, establish the direction of the forces on q2: F12 is to the right. F32 is to the left. The total force on 2 will be F12 - F32 to the right (if it turns out to be negative, the net force is to the left.
Fi2 = keqiq2/d2 where i is 1 or 3. In order to use k - 8.99 x 109 the distances must be in meters.
Good luck!
