F₃ = F₁₃ + F₂₃ with the force of 1 on 3 and 2 on 3 both repelling 3 to the right (we need only add the magnitudes. The particles would behave the same if all positively charged)

The magnitude of the electrical force is k_eq_iq₃/d_i3² where q_i is the charge of 1 or 2 and d_i3 is the distance between 1 or 2 and 3. Note that d₂₃ is .1 m and d₁₃ is .2 m.
