I am confused between two laptops

From what I see these two laptops are very much alike. My opinion though is to go with the HP, and here's why:

Better Battery

Better Speakers

Alexa Supported (probably Google Home as well)

Better Wireless capability

Better Camera

Bluetooth Capable

And most importantly..... its cheaper!

It will really depend on your goals.

If you are trying to use it for school or work, make sure it has 8-16 gb of ram (especially for programming, graphic design, video editing, etc), make sure you have the latest graphics card and a multiple core processor.

If you want to game or do streaming, maybe invest in a gaming computer or a higher tech setup to maximize that experience.
