Question

Justin and Selena were married but is now on the verge of getting a divorce due to irreconcilable differences.

Eleven months ago, after moving in with his current girlfriend, Nora, Justin had promised to transfer their house to Selena if Selena continued and finish paying for the mortgage of the house with the bank. Selena did so and continued staying at the house.

Two weeks ago, Justin contacted Selena and informed her to vacate the house as he wants to move into the house with Nora.
