PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE HELP MEEEEEEE!

The diameter of a penny (a 1¢ coin) is about 19.05 mm and the diameter of a quarter (a 25¢ coin) is about 24.26 mm.

a) The diameter of a quarter is how many times as large as the diameter of a penny?

b) The diameter of a penny is how many times as large as the diameter of a quarter?
