how to find derivative xe^3x+1

y = xe3x+1


y' = (x) (e3x+1) (3) + 1 (e3x+1)

= 3xe3x+1 + e3x+1


is my answer correct?

Yes, you used the product rule and chain rule correctly. And here is a way to check your work on Desmos. desmos.com/calculator/qdsgs3ltn6 That graph has 3 different forms for the derivative and all have the same graph.
