-62/4 = -15 1/2 = the middle of the 4 numbers

so the 4 numbers are -17,-16,-15 and -14

or the more common method is

let x-2, x-1, x and x+1 be the 4 consecutive integers

sum them to -62

4x -2= -62

4x = -60

x =-15

x-2= -17

x-1 =-16

x +1 =-14
