point slope form is a linear equation in the form of
(y-y1)=m(x-x1)
your equation is: y-(-5) = 3/4 (x-(-4)) or y+5 = 3/4 (x+4)
if your goal is to convert this to slope-intercept form then your final answer should be y=3/4x -2
