Unfortunately the figures (graphs) required to match up to the equation are not included in the quesition.
As an aid Y = acosx x + b has properties that can be used. a is the half-amplitude of the cosine wave, which is a maximum at x = 0, because cos x = 1. The factor d only shifts the entire cosine graph up or down. If it's negative the graph is shifted down in the y-direction and if d is positive the reverse if true.
So, all you have to do is see how far the cosine funtion is shifted up or down and what it's half amplitude is and then make those a and d values.
