20/[(x-1)(x=1)] = A/(x-1) + B/(x+1)
So, 20 = A(x+1) + B(x-1)
0x + 20 = (A+B)x + (A-B)
A+B = 0 and A-B = 20
So, A = 10 and B = -10
Partial Fraction Decomposition: 20/[(x-1)(x+1)] = 10/(x-1) - 10/(x+1)
