To describe ways in which people are robbed of their humanity, you would want to use the negative antonyms of the list you provided, right? So identity is good, and then injustice and enslavement/imprisonment (as opposed to justice and freedom). Or, you could say identity, human rights, and autonomy (as a list of three things that human beings have been separated/alienated from). For "Life in the Iron Mills," perhaps a third could be time? Their time is broken down into shifts and strictly controlled by someone else, treating them like machines?
