For Torricelli's law (where the hole is in the side of a cylindrical tank), should tank radius be the same throughout? Is it important to consider? Why or why not?

According to Torricelli's Law

Velocity of liquid is V = √ (2gh)

It depends only on the height of level of free surface of liquid from center of hole no matter what is radius of container ,So the radius change will no effect on velocity of efflux
