Great question. You can try adding 1 or some other number to the Y value constraint portion in solver. For example if X=3 and Y=3 but we tell Solver the constraint is that X >= Y+1 then solver will flag X=3 and Y=3 because it does not meet the constraint because X would need to be 4 to meet the criteria. Adding that number to the Y portion will always ensure X>Y.
