Use Heron's formula.
3 1/3 feet = 12* 31/3 = 40 inches
2 yards = 2*36 = 72 inches
s = (72+42+40)/2 = 77
A = √(s(s-a)(s-b)(s-c)) = √(77(77-72)(77-42)(77-40) = √(77*5*35*37) = 706.10
