Nope, no can do!
This is an isosceles triangle (2 sides equal).
If b is opposite angle B, that makes angle B the base angle and it cannot be 121 degrees since the base angles of an isosceles triangle are equal and there cannot be 2 angles of 121 degrees in a triangle.
