We can use the law of cosines to start.
a2 = b2+c2-2bccos(A)
a2= 40000+34225 - 2(200)(185)cos(148°)
a2 = 74225 - 74000(-0.848) = 136980.56
a = 370.11
Use the law of sines to get one of the other angles.
sin(148°)/370.11 = sin(B)/200
sin(B) = 200sin(148°)/370.11 =0.28
B = 16.64°
C = 180 - 148 -16.64 = 15.36°
