Michelle, assuming that the three equilateral triangles form a polygon in the form of a trapezoid, the perimeter would be 30cm.

If you can imagine the triangles being lined up in that fashion above, the exposed sides of each triangle would be 6cm long.
The top side = 6 cm
The two sides = 6 cm x 2 = 12 cm
The base of the trapezoid = Two bottom sides of a triangle = 6 cm x 2 = 12 cm
In total for the perimeter, 6 cm + 12 cm + 12 cm = 30 cm
