Question

Given: Line QR is congruent to line QT
<RQP = <QTP

 

Prove: Triangle QRP is congruent to Triangle QTP.

 

I wrote the first 2 givens, but now what? the line QP is the reflexive property (it cuts the shape into 2 triangles, but doesn't the second given (step 3) have to be solved further? Pleaseee help

You have two sides and the included angle of one triangle are congruent to the corresponding two sides and included angle of the other triangle.

so the two triangles are congruent by SAS Congruence Theorem
