Torque = Force* Force arm

For opening effective Force = F * Cos theta = 38.7 Cos 75= 10.02 N

force arm = Distance from axis = 0.0425 m

Torque =0.0425*10.02 = 0.426 Nm

Here I have used angle 75 degree with Vertical

(In case it is 75 degree with Horizontal ,than Torque = 38.7 * sin 75 * 0.0425 = 1.59 Nm )
